The thing is you have to breath from you belly - breath in slowly and conciously bring your tummy in - then breath out & let your tummy go!. I learnt this thru yoga as I was a "shallow breather" just breath in & out just filling by chest!. Give it a go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Breathing through your diaphragm works really well for me:
1!. Sit comfortably or lay down on your back
2!. Put one hand on your chest and one hand on your belly
3!. Breathe in deep through your nose
4!. Let your belly expand but keep your chest flat
5!. Breathe out slowly through pursed lips
6!. Keep doing it until you feel relaxed
Quick, short breaths make your body believe it should either be frightened or run away!. Long, deep breaths make your body believe it can chill out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

breath in through your nose a deep breath hold count backwards with eyes closed 5,4,3,2,1 let out slowly through your mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
