Sinus .. insomnia... what can one do...?!
Question: Sinus !.!. insomnia!.!.!. what can one do!.!.!.!?
So the boyfirend has got a bad case of congestion!.!. so bad that at night he can't even sleep !.!. hes been under stress so that can be a cause for the insomnia!.!. but the congestion is not helping at all!.!.!. can anyone give me ideas and home remedys on how to get him to feel and sleep better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use nasopure to help with the sinus congestion I get,!.!. I use temazepam to get a good nights sleep when I'm stressed must be prescribed by a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
