Question: What should I do to help my GF quit smoking!?
My girlfriend has been smoking for along time now!. I really hate it and as matter of fact, I despise it!. I keep telling her that she is way better than that and we end up arguing about it!. She keeps tell me that its not easy to quit!. She tells me that I should appreciate for who she is!? That really makes me mad even more!. What should I do!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

im smoking right now but i gave it up last year in march by using a book called the easy way to stop smoking by alan carr, you can wikipedia it and find out some more info
It worked for me until june, god i wish i hadnt started again, just word of advice she needs to finish it everyone i have given it to gets half way thru and stops reading it, it really motivates you in the last half!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
