Question: Need true advicer from ex-smoker !?
What the best way to quit smoking cig!. and how long does it takes !? I already try cold turkey about 6 time since high school days but fail each times!? I,m 43 years male and getting old fast !. I take 2 pack in 24 hrs!. and thinking of quitting for good !? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people can quit cold turkey!. Some don't!. I suggest you to ask your doctor about it!. It would be wonderful if you can quit!. Smoking is really bad for your health as you are getting older!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
cold turky is the best way!. I never pick up another, it was hard as hell but i did it!. if ya got kids take it easy on em' mood swing happen pretty fast
