the last time i got it the strepsils weren't really working
so what i did is i got four strepsils
boiling hot water
put the strepsils in the hot water and wait till they dissolve

The vast majority of sore throats are the result of a viral infection!. Virus's don't respond to antibiotics!. Push fluid intake, get plenty of rest and take paracetamol for pain!. Just have to ride it out I'm afraid!. If your symptoms prolong or get significantly worse, then see your GPWww@Answer-Health@Com
dont talk alot it puts a strain on your voice, save your voice for singing also take a couple of paracetamol or a lemsip!. also what you can do is gargle brandy or cherry to kill the bacteria in your throat but bare in mind dont swallow it as it will stop the paracetamol from doing its thingWww@Answer-Health@Com
