Question: Is this bad for my growth!? legpressing!?
i can legpress 600-700 lbs at age 14, but im cautious and it doesn't hurt my legs or knees while im doing it or after!.!.!.im a bit sore the next day from working my legs but not the wrong type of pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm also 14, and have been doing weight training since I was 12, Your legs can support 5 - 7 times your body weight!. I've done leg press many times before but only around 100 - 140 pounds!. What is your height and weight!?
I am 5'9, around 120 pounds; Bench Press and Lats are my main thing!. If you really do lift the amount that you say, I would say cut down the weight to around 300 pounds - our bodies are still growing, we shouldn'tt go into weights which need serious intensity!. Go for 10 - 15 reps on everything for about another year or so - then try to do these amounts!. Hope I helped you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
