What is hydrogen peroxide?!

Question: What is hydrogen peroxide!?
Answers:
Water is H2O - two parts hydrogen to 1 part oxygen!. Hydrogen peroxide is H2O2 - two hydrogen molecules to 2 oxygen molecules!. This small change in the molecular structure has huge implications as to the uses of the liquid!

Oxygen is incredible for cleaning and disinfecting!. In addition to cleaning minor wounds and whitening teeth, h2o2 will clean and disinfect surfaces (counter tops, etc) without leaving a chemical residue!. It will also clean blood out of cloth materials, though you have to be careful as it can cause discoloration sometimes!. It's also used on the hair to lighten it!. Again, be careful!.!.!.

When my son was little, he lost a tooth that had a small brown spot on it!. We put it in a jar with a little peroxide and in a few days, the brown spot was completely gone!. If you use peroxide as a type of mouthwash, be sure not to swallow it as it can cause damage to the lining of the stomach over time!. But it is truly the safest way to whiten your teeth!. Not the fastest, but the safest!.

A little side note here, peroxide is only one molecule different than water, yet it's properties and uses are tremendously different than water!. Keep that in mind any time you use certain processed products - especially foods!. Changing the molecular structure of a substance can have tremendous consequences!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hydrogen peroxide is a mixture of hydrogen and water!. The hydrogen peroxide that you find in homes is only about 5% hydrogen peroxide!.

It is normally used for cuts and scrapes and such!. It cleans them!.!.!. and while it cleans it bubbles!. People also use it as a mouth wash and as teeth whitener!.

The stuff's pretty cool!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
