Bruising very easily may mean you have a blood disorder like a low platelet count or a deficiency of a clotting factor!. Many of these disorders are genetic!. Potassium has nothing to do with it at all!. However, adding more vitamin K to your diet may help to prevent bruising!. This vitamin is abundant in green, leafy vegetables!.

To get ready for Halloween, apply a heating pad to the bruised areas; the increased blood flow from the heat (not too hot!) should help them heal more quickly!. If this doesn't work well enough, wear body makeup and/or hose to disguise them!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
