Question: I'm tierd all the time and never in the mood to do anything anymore!?
i'm 15 by the way!. since the beginning of this year, i have noticed a change!. i'm always not lively anymore as i was last year till december!.
i used to be very different last year in that i was lively and always up to do something!. i don't know what has been happening!. there's always things i need to do, like re-doing my room and stuff and i always want to do it, it's just when the time comes to be able to do it i don't want to and then i don't care anymore and then i do!.
i hardly do things with my friends anymore even though i want to!. i eat right and everything and i'm not sad or unhappy!. it has to be something!.
does anymore have any ideas to keep me energized and youthful!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aside from depression it sounds like maybe you need to:
a - be tested for mono
b - take vitamins - especially vitamin B
I was diagnosed with mono years ago and I felt the same way you did - tired all the time, blah, didn't want to do anything, etc!. Alot of rest got me out of that - but it sounds like you do rest so maybe it's the vitamin thing!.
I take Vitamin B every day and it really really helps with everything from mood to energy!. My mood improves and I actually have energy to do things!. I can tell the days that I skip it too because I feel like going to bed at noon and not waking up for days!. If you're going to try vitamin B find a good sub-lingual one - I use a liquid that you squirt under your tongue and let it there for 30 seconds then swallow it!. Seems to work better than regular vitamins you swallow because I usually get sick when I take them!.

well same thing is happening with me what u do is jusst taake a few days off and sleep in and if u dont feel better start eating more veggies if that does not work contact em and i will tell you moreWww@Answer-Health@Com
