I live in a noisy area and I found the noise disrupted my sleep!. The trains especially, I just never got used to them so I keep a small fan in my room turned on all night!. The white noise helps me sleep so much better!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I reccomend excercising intensly, then smoke some weed and then take a hot shower (while listening to your favorite music)!. Nothing is more relaxing than this, and it should fix any problems you have sleeping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
