ultimately it depends on the nature of the headache, because there are a few different ways to "achieve" the classic headache!.
Getting your head rubbed lightly can help by opening up blood flow underneath the hair and relieving some blood pressure from the brain area!.
you could try immersing yourself into a completely relaxed environment, some soft music and maybe a light candle (be careful though because strong scents would probably exacerbate the situation)!.
Some exersize may not get rid of the headache, but adrenaline from running or hard work will take your mind off of it!.
Then finally theres the desperate solution!.!.!. replace one pain with another, you could slam your hand in the door or something and then the headache will be the least of your worries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
