Question: I have a sleeping problem :(!?
I haven't had a good night sleep for over 2 weeks the most sleep ive had is about 4-5 hours i lie in my bed for ages, but i cant get to sleep , ive been to the doctors he just asked me if there is anything in you re life that is worrying you, and threes not !.!.and that's all he done !.
So during the day im really tired and i get angry with people , its so annoying , ive tried going for walks and drinking milk ect before bed ,
nothing helps

I have had this problem!. I didnt really have any stress at home!. i was stressing about why i couldnt sleep!. That, alone, may be what is keeping you up at night!. As far as what to do to help it!.!.!.I really dont know!.!.!.I dont know what i did to get myself to sleep better!. But, my old doctor used to have me take in a deep breath through my nose, hold it and count to 5, then exhale slowly through the mouth!. She said that would help me relax, and, yes it was a little helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont know use ur extra time to workout read or something dont just lie there you will eventually go to sleep meanwhile your helping yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
Try reading a book!. I used to have sleeping problems and the book helped me fall alsleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, when I was younger, I had that problem too!. I'd make my mom stay up all night with me because I couldn't sleep!. What I did was just think of things you like and then try sleeping!? :D Or things you are excited about the following day and just say to yourself after today, I will do ____ tomorrow ! :D Or, wake up really early and you'll be tired at night!.
