Assuming that the biopsy did in fact come back as "cancerous" then this would indicate that the cancer HAS NOT infiltrated ( spread to - or gotten into ) any vascular ( Blood vessels ) or the area around the nerves ( Perineual)!. This is a good thing in regards to the fact that the cancer was caught relatively early and does not appear to have invaded these other areas which would indicated a higher grade of cancer!. I assume they were not able to grade the cancer yet!. But if it possible you have ductal carcinoma in-situ, which means it was caught very early and is usually treated with less invasive measures and has a fairly good - to great prognosis!.
