Question: What effect does a persons body weight have on their vocal cords!?

Answers:
Generally, the heavier you are, in dense or lean mass, the deeper your voice!.
It has something to do with the vocal folds (or cords) and their distance from the mouth!.
The hyoid bone (only bone in the body that isn't connected to bone) can be moved during growth, perhaps this is why!.
Vocal 'cords' gives the wrong impression, the 'voicebox' is actually more like a double diaphraghm, its a hole with layers of fibres forming a ring shape, which can be expanded or contracted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
