Question: What happens to my body when i do this!?
once in a while i run/jog at an average of 4 mph for 2 hours on the treadmill and in an estimate i burn about 1000 calories ( it says so on the treadmill ) when im done i notice that ive sweated through all my clothes and its still dripping!.!.!. then i drink ALOT of water like maybe 6 glasses, i cant help not to! nothing really changes on the scale until a few days after
is this good, bad!? am i burning fat or gaining muscle!?

Well drink a little bit of water before you run, its bad to drink right after you ran!.
After you run do a cool down fast walk, that way your body isn't as 'shocked' and needing so much water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
