Question: Can I safely drink a cup of Tabasco sauce?
Besides burning and cramping, can drinking a large quantity of Tabasco sauce be extremely harmful?

You will most likely vomit it up (if you drink a whole cup), which is your body's way of saying that wasn't such a smart thing to do.
It probably won't cause you serious permanent harm aside from extreme throat and digestive system irritation for a while, and some serious coughing/choking due to the very hot spices. You're not gonna like it, that's for sure.
