Bleeding after nasal surgery, how to stop?!

Question: Bleeding after nasal surgery, how to stop?
On Feb 11th (Friday) I had a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and a double turbinectomy. I have a splint in each nostril, and stiches internally. The bruising around my eye is alright, its not painful, but definately discolored and lightly swollen, however, at night I am continuing to have not excessive bleeding but light bleeding out of my left nostril, (this is where i had a deviated septum and a lot of work done on the bone) Ive been flushing it out with saline 4-5 times a day.

I would like to be able to breath out of my left nostril, or at least have some airflow as i do out of my right. However considering the amount of work i had done is this too high of an expectation? Id also like the bleeding to stop simply because I don't like the feeling when the blood pools at night and completely stops the airflow and builds up pressure.

What are some tips on how to recover faster, and stop the bleeding?

I have been keeping my head elevated above 30* at all times, and have been icing for approximately 6-12 hours every day. I haven't been doing strenuous activity to raise my blood pressure at all, im also on vicodin (as needed)
