Actually just hanging around with people you like. Friends.

Definitely NOT sitting around and thinking about it. And definitely NOT moving onto someone else (which will only complicate the situation). Surrounding yourself with people that make you laugh and bring you out of your shell. Getting out and doing things that you enjoy. Nothing will cure it right away, time heals everything... but adapting to life without that person may not be so bad. It hurts but realizing that "everything happens for a reason" can change your mindset a little as well.

ok first Choclet and ALL the junk food you can find and some good movies. Next loose the weight you gained and if your a guy get a 6 pack if a girl just drop the wight look hotter than you ever have next its time to put on a littel dress high high heals get your hair done and makeup and look good ( if guy go get a tan ) NExt go to that club he/she always gose to or bar ect... go there with a some firends dance and have fun maybe dance with a hot guy or girl and if your lucky he'll de you there haveing fun and if he asks say im here to have fun bye

get busy with life. leave the looser hang out with REAL friends. see a movie study. do homework, get better grades. talk with your parents. meet new people. volunteer someplace. up date your facebook status. learn a new skill. clean your room. join the Marines. See someplace new. go somewhere you have never been. travel. ride a bike.

Time heals all wounds. If, this was a long term relationship it will take more time.You are not alone, if that gives you any comfort, I am going through the same thing. The best way in such time is to keep busy in what you are doing work ,study, concentrate on bettering yourself. think positive that you are worthy of love.

It's difficult to hear this - but it's lots and lot of dirty sex as soon as possible and looking back on the situation from the new stand point.
