Maybe you're not looking hard enough. Too much sleep does put you at risk for diabetes and other health problems. Google it. 10-11 hours of sleep is way too much. Seriously, are you telling me that you sleep almost 1/2 of your day away? That is crazy... do you work? That right there is 8+ hours, so, what do you do with the rest of your time? It just does not make sense to me... I'm 21 and get any where from 3 1/2-4 hours of sleep a night... and I am a full time student and constantly volunteering. If I am lucky, I can manage to sleep about 5 hours. However, I notice that the longer I sleep, the more leathargic I am...

So am I, join the club. Humain needs 8hours up to 10-11 in somes. And as weird as it sounds, exercise is a good way to sleep better hence sleep shorter
