Cough, runny nose, blocked up nose?!

Question: Cough, runny nose, blocked up nose?

What the hell do I have?! I was sick with a stomach bug 2 weeks ago and I had a lot of flem. Now I have a cough (yes I am coughing up flem every now and then), I am sneezing, runny nose, blocked up nose, and sometimes I can feel crackling in my lungs or stomach.
