Is it possible to reduce side effects for medication? Or is this medication simp!
Question: Is it possible to reduce side effects for medication? Or is this medication simply not for me?
Answers:
Well, I think a week is standard... even two weeks... but really, if it's that bothersome, just call the doctor and see what they say about it. Heck, you could even call them now and ask them when you can expect this to start to drop off. No matter what you're going to have to give a bit more time, though. You not feeling like yourself and things... well, not always going to be something in your head. It could very likely be the medicine. Doesn't mean it's always going to be like that but you know, it could be one of those things that get better after a few more doses. If you continue to feel really off, though... I don't think it's something you should stay on. I'm sure there's a plethora of other pain killers you'll be able to give a go at but this one is still very new to your body... so, mmm, yeah, you can call them and talk about it or just give a week if you can manage feeling like that for so long.
I don't think you can do anything to reduce them, but I know some medications side-effects reduce if you've been on them awhile.
