Sore "clogged" neck/ears?!


Question: Sore "clogged" neck/ears?
It feels like my upper neck/jaw is "clogged" - pressure/achy/puffy/sore/swollen. My ears feel a little sore. My head feels stuffy like when I have allergy issues - I know that I have allergies but this does not feel like allergies. What could be going on? What can I do to help my neck/ears/head feel better?
