Question: I have a four year girl that has adhd and she is not gaining any Weight. Can some one help me with this?
Answers:

Look at her diet. If she is eating anything in excess, change it. Feed her a healthy diet, limit sugars, watch white flour and dairy (for the ADHD). Take her to the doctor, since this may have nothing, whatsoever, to do with her ADHD. Look up ADHD and food sensitivities, for the ADHD. Look up books by Dr. Doris Rapp through used online booksites. Very helpful for the ADHD. But, you say she is not gaining weight: remember that by four years of age, a child begins to lose their baby fat. Perhaps she is running around a lot and slimming down. Confirm this with a pediatrician to be sure there is nothing important that could be missed without a visit to your professional.

feed her fat daily.
