Stress is one of the worst things for your body, mind, and soul. Stress causes so many health issues it's incredible.
You need to find out what is the cause of your stress, then manage it. Physical activity is a great way to manage stress. It also helps tire your body out so that it's easier to sleep. Spiritually, you need to seek out Jesus. Everything makes way more sense and takes proper perspective when you are living for the Creator of the whole world.
Well, you need to de-stress.
Have you tried meditation? Or perhaps taking up some form of exercise as that's a wonderful way to help relieve stress.
If need be, talking with a counselor may also help you with your stress problems.
Even though it is too complicated to tell, explaining would get you better answers because people could more effectively understand what you are going through.
