Question: Whats wrong with me plz help!!!!!?
feel a lil light headed my thoat hurts bad everynow and then ill get goosebumps. i feel like im walkin around in a dream but yet im there. when i walk i feel like im might kinda pass out. i get hot then cold sometimes. whats wrong??? and i get idk shocks they dont hurt though? that start like under my ribs to my head sometimes.

you need to see a doctor asap!!! unless you are going through menopause there is really no reason for the hot and cold symptoms. Go to the doctor there might be something seriously wrong.

Drink low-sodium V-8, 1 each 12-oz. can every day. Sounds like you might be low on potassium, which is very hard to get back to good levels short term. You also may be edging up on some diabetes; high/low blood sugar. Get blood work done!!

You need to get checked out for mono, the symptoms include what you are feeling. Get to a doctor and find out for sure.
