I'm just gonna say what everybody else said, because they're all correct. Ecstasy screws with your body's ability to regulate its temperature and often leads to elevated body temperature on its own. Taking it when you already have a significant fever (102 degrees is a pretty significant fever) could greatly increase your chance of hyperthermia, which can be fatal.

Also, why would you want to roll when you're sick? It isn't going to make you feel well again. You're still going to feel ill, so I don't imagine you'd even be able to enjoy the roll even if it doesn't land you in the ER or worse. Seriously, just wait until you are well again. Ecstasy puts a lot of stress on the body, and if you are ill, your body is already under enough stress. Don't make it worse. I'll say it again: wait until you are well before you roll.

The last three times I did ecstasy I was sicker then hell but I still did and the best time.
Ecstasy does rise your body temperature so if your going to do it try not to do a lot of moving around, dancing, ect.. and drink water every half hour or so but not that much.
When I did it the last time I did it was at a rave I was sick I took to pills and started throwing up everywhere so just be careful but I say go ahead and do it.

I'm 16 been doing thiz for about two years now and over 100 pills

As mentioned, ecstasy limits your body's ability to regulate temperature so there's a good chance it'll kill you. If you really feel that badly from this flu and want to die, ecstasy just might be the thing for you.

Ecstasy (MDMA) elevates your body temperature anyways so with a high fever that wouldn't be a good idea. Plus rolling is more fun when you are in a great mood and feeling great, not sick with a flu.

Drug Psychology

You can, but since it decreases your ability to control temperature,
and you already have a significant fever, ...it just might KILL you.

You might die the next day. :)
