An over the counter drug test is a good indicator of whether or not you'll pass. I had a DT once, bought the OTC DT, passed that, and then passed the lab DT. I wouldn't be worried.

Good for you for telling the parentals. They should feel better that you're not getting drunk and driving with other idiot kids, or that you're not smoking cigs. Marijuana is honestly not a big deal, just keep your use responsible so it doesn't affect your life and relationships.

well, if they test your hair for weed, you're basically screwed because that stays in your hair for up to 6 months. but part of your question doesn't quite make sense; if you smoked weed the monday before the sunday you had the drug test, then yes, you will most likely fail it. if you smoked weed the monday AFTER the sunday you hadthe drug test then why in world would you be asking that question??

i don't know how old you are, so good for you for telling them and doing the right thing. weed is not that big of a deal, as long as you are old enough to understand the risks associated with it and to use it responsibly (after highschool).

anyways, to help you out. you could test positive, but it is unlikely as i assume there is very little in your system. Drink lots of cranberry juice (not cocktail, the real stuff) and water. Try and pee lots as it is probably a urine test. you should be fine though.

I for one am proud of you for doing the right thing and telling your parents. That alone took courage. As for the drug test for the job, im not too certain. If the over the counter tested negative then im 60% sure that the drug test for your job will prove negative as well.
