Question: Headaches after eating ?
Hi, I don't know if this happens to ppl a lot. But, I noticed when i forget to eat lunch and just hold off till dinner . I get a headache after eating is that normal I'm usually starving at the time so I do eat quickly . But as soon as i'm done i get a bad headache.

That happened to me yesterday in a similar scenario. I happened to eat what's junk to me. If I were you I'd skip dinner and not lunch.A headache is essentially your brain's blood vessels inflamed. That can be a reaction to many things. It happens to me when I eat way pass the time I got hungry, or when the food had some unhealthy ingredient.
It hasn't always been like this for me, it's happening after watching what I eat for the last 7 years.
