for those who have a thyroid problem? what are your symptoms?!
Question: For those who have a thyroid problem? what are your symptoms?
Answers:
There are 2 main focused types - Hyper, and Hypo. I have hypothyroidism, which is basically a deficiency of the thyroid hormone, where are Hyperthyroidism may be an over-production causing opposite symptoms
As for mine-
I found out because I noticed I was fatigued a lot, down, depressed, and I had anxiety attacks and a lot of fears, I also had odd weight gain and I hated the cold. to I went to the psychologist who recommended I visit the doctor. I got a couple blood tests done, and they tell by how low your thyroid count is. Mine was very VERY low. (I also have a large family history of Hypo and hyperthyroidism)
Sometimes if you leave it too long without getting checked out, your thyroid gland can swell and this can cause a number of dangers - Including heart failure.
It is VERY easy to treat! My treatment is one little hormone pill a day. That's it! Simple as that- and all my symptoms have gone away. I feel better, I look better, and I enjoy life as much as I should.
Hope I helped!
