Question: Am i badly constipated?

i havent been going no.2 properly lately. i have tried laxatives and they didnt work. could this stop your period?. i was due my period 2 weeks ago and i didnt have it ( not pregnant dont worry im under 16 lol). my stomach often hurts and my stomach is expanded. please help
