How to stay fresh on a long day?!
Question: How to stay fresh on a long day?
On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have a full day of classes, plus debate until 5, plus Muay Thai from 8-10. By the time I have debate, I'm already feeling gunky and oily. :/ Plus I have acne, which definitely doesn't help with feeling fresh. :P How can I stay feeling fresh by that time of day? I eat healthy, drink water... I don't know what else I can do. :/ Any suggestions?

A bit of baby/shower powder will absorb oil and moisture. There are also dry shampoos that work on the same principle, and it never hurts so splash your face with water and dry it. (I'm not a dermatologist or anything, that's just what I'd do)
