How much spearmint tea should I drink?!


Question: How much spearmint tea should I drink?
I've decided to try drinking spearmint tea to decrease unwanted hair on my body, but I've heard it also decreases the male and female libido. Does anyone have a suggestion for how many cups a day I should drink to avoid any bad side effects but still obtain the benefits of drinking spearmint tea?

2-5 cups but remember this is not proven. It is simply a view that appears that men who drink spearmint tea suffer from lowered libido. And the jump was made that if men suffered lowered libido than they must have gotten lowered androgen production and if that were the case than that too would occur in women who suffer from excess hair production as a result of heightened androgen production. It is a nice theory and jumped on by the tea makers but NOT at all scientific and there is no way to find out until someone peer reviews it. I don't think it will hurt but just don't be unhappy if it doesn't work.
