Question: What happens to sex organs after death?
Like does a mans penis shrink to the smallest size, or does it just turn stiff?
Again, this is a serious question.
Answers:
I used to examine cadavers in my past medi school classes. Everything looks pretty much the same except it's rotted flesh. The penish however does swell if you leave the body in a liquid , so judging by this factor if left 6 feet underground in a dry environment the penis will remain stiff and shrink slowly while decaying at the same time.
Females, of course undergo the same process . their genital lips will shrink and their vagina will enclose. Then decay afterwords.
Ask your local necropheliac. They are very friendly people and I'm sure would educate you on your quandry :)

it gets decomposed.
Nothing shrinks when you die. Your body just rots.
They just shrivll.
