Is it s stomach bug, or something else?!

Last Tuesday all suddenly at work I felt very weak and had some headache, and when I got home I was really tired then vomited a few times in the night. The vomiting stopped after that and I had really midl diarrhea although I felt very tired and weak. I was able to eat simple food like bread, pasta and soups and stayed home.

However we are Friday night and my stomach still feels a little upset, like I can tell I would not be able to eat some food, and I feel quite tired, with some very mild stomach cramps.

Is that normal, would it just take me a few more days to get better?
