Your butt hole is itching at night? You have worms. And every time your scratch your butt due to the itch from the worms, you are getting tiny amount af faeces and eggs under your nails. Which then up in your stomach when you eat or such.
You need to just go to the chemist and ask for a one treatment dose for worms.
Don't be embarrassed. Many people have had to ask for worm treatments. It's no big deal a LOT of people have them.
Take your dose at night. Wear underwear and DON'T itch.
They will be dead in a day.

Eew. Get you a loofah and scrub away with soap. It's probably a type of worm which is actually very common in elementary aged kids. I think they go away on their own.
