Why am i energetic when im supposed to be tired?!

im always energetic when im trying to go to sleep. if you cant get to sleep try taking sleeping pills it works for me :)
it can be caused by caffeine or excitement i got told by my doctor, i think graffiti keeps me excited at night when im out painting lol

Whoa the same thing hapens to me when I stay awake for a long time I mean their is a point when I get tired but yeah I have to take sleeping pills during the week so I can make sure I wake up for school no idea what the deal is
