Question: For people who had mono before, help?
I got diagnosed with mono 10 days ago , i did a mono test and it was positive.
Symptoms:, lymph nodes swollen, body aches , fatigue,
biggest concern is my blood test, my liver enzymes came at 900, which is like 40 times more than normal....is this normal? and has it happened to anyone?

I was never tested for mono although I suspect I experienced it many years ago. Fatigue for me was the worst I'd ever experienced. Simply getting out of bed to go to the washroom left me totally exhausted.
From what I've read, an elevated enzyme count is characteristic of mono. I would suspect that the more serious the mono the higher the count. Your physician can explain in greater detail.
While an elevated enzyme count can be caused by other factors I think if your physician were concerned he/she would do further investigation. I would not be concerned.
