i quit smoking my last time was tuesday. but i want it outa my sytem. blood and urine. how long does it take? and is there anything i can do to make it go away faster? please help

Depends how regular a user you are. For someone who only does it once, it could only take anywhere from a day, to two weeks. For a regular user the typical time is 45 - 90 days.
Drink alot of water. THe more you piss the faster it will leave your system. It will take anywhere from 28 days to 90 days. If you just smoked once it will take 28 days or even less in some cases.
