You will probably peak at 5'5 at 15.

The only way to tell is with X-rays to see if your growth plates (scientifically known as epiphyseal plates) are still active or if they have ceased to be growth plates and have now just become part of the rest of the bone. The growth plates are not bone but hyaline cartilidge ( firm cartilidge like your nose).

What looks likes broken off pieces at the ends of bones are the plates. The new bone grows from the plate and to the actual long bone portion. On an X-ray you will not see such "plates" once growth stops. The plate simply hardens to bone and becomes a part of the bone. Anecdotal information such as "my mom is 5'4 and dad is 5'7" is worthless, as your brothers height shows. There are just too many genetic and environmental variables that come into play here.

Did your grandparents on your moms side were tall when they were young? If so you will get tall.
