I'm 14 and only 5'10. I wanna know how I could grow taller.?!

you will not stop growing until you are closer to 21.
I am assuming you are male and many guys keep growing for quite a few more years yet.
Good heavens, you are barely a teenager. You have 5 more years of being a teenager to grow.
There is no easy way to grow taller. If there were, there would be no such thing as a dwarf.

I'm not exactly sure if you're a male or female.

If you're a female you should be happy with that height, it's model height!! I'm 17, 5'2'', and done growing!

If you're a male, being 5'10'' at age 14 is really good, too. All the girls probably love you because you're tall for your age, lol. But guys can usually grown until the age of 22, so you have plenty of time to grow, you just have to wait!

There's no way to make yourself taller :) Just keep drinking milk for the calcium in your bones.

Milk and exercise home boy. good protein and water. Salads too vegetables too. If you dont have greens with your meat your stomach will lack the enymes to digest your meats. its a full circle thing. to burn fat right citric acid is needed "fruits" also studying will help you grow too.

You are already ridiculously tall for you age. And you can't control growth, but you are still pretty young you'll grow taller.

Don't lift too many weights, don't drink too much coffee... Thats what my mom says.. But 5'10 already is pretty tall, but then again I'm only 5 feet. Stop bragging! >:/

Nothing, of course. You can't enhance the growth of your length. There's absolutely nothing you can do.

You will probably peak at 6'2 at 18. Just normal healthy eating will get you there.

You will or you won't. Nothing you do will affect is much.

You're already an inch taller than me, and I'm 25.

So yea... not sure I can give you any advice there.
