Question: Help my nephew is complaining.?
about his stomach hurting he has had a problem with constipation for a while and has been taking miralax but i need some other remedy's he just got out of a hot bath

Just drink lots of liquids, eat rice and bananas too.
Take 50 ml yogurt, add 100 ml water. Stir well. Now, add salt to taste, and a pinch of asafoetida. Stir again and drink it. It will cure the problem.
