Question: Weird, painful stomach pains?
I have bad stomach pains, similar to if you just got punched in the stomach. It's like rumbling lightning pains. It comes when i stand up straight or eat or just randomly. I've had this for the past 3 days. Not my period, that already came and went. I get really hot and nausius with bad headaches. I didn't vomit, but had diarria and bad gas. What could this be? Should i go to a doctor?

See a doctor, they are the only ones who will tell you the certain answer. I tried to diagnose myself when I got bad stomach pains, got so bad that j eventually had no choice to go, despite hating the doctors, after tests and stuff, I found my problem was no where near what I thought it was

Sounds like appendicitis to me.
Thats wierd! im having the same problem since like monday.....how wierd.....
