Question: Why am i always clearing my throat?

i've been clearing my throat like every day since ninth grade. im in tenth now and this is getting ridiculous. i went to the doctor not to long ago and he told me that i have mucus in my throat & i was there for an ear infection and he said it didnt look like i had an ear infection anymore and since i was sick he checked my throat but he gave me zertex pills. they didn't work, is there any reason why i can't get my throat cleared & i'm just always clearing it ,or i'm coughing real loud to get the mucus out. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Sounds like you have post nasal drip. Try some research on that topic.
