Can someone give me some suggestions to get to sleep?
It's almost 3AM and I have to get up at 7:30AM. I can't get to sleep for nothing. Any suggestions? And don't be pervs.

Try this it's a sort of self-hypnosis.
Get very comfortable. Now starting at your toes, PHYSICALLY relax them. Wiggle them, move them but relax them. Concentrate on doing it. Then go to your ankles and repeat. Move to your calves, thighs, and etc. Especially relax your face and facial muscles. But I bet by the time you get there you'll be asleep.
Try it, it works because you are concentrating on something else and you are relaxing.
