ok well i have to swallow a pill and i dont know how to but i havr to cure myself so how do i swallow it ( im12)

I had a lot of problems with that when I was young, too...and my parents were making me take big fat vitamins. Here's what I do to this day....I take a medium size drink of something and don't swallow it. Then, I tilt my head back so it goes back toward my throat. I open my mouth, drop the pill in, and swallow it all like normal. It works 90 percent of the time. The other 10 percent of the time, I just have to try it again. Good luck!
