Rohypnol is commonly used as a "date rape" drug. Knocks people out and messes with their memory. Kind of like a large dose of alcohol.(Pill form)
Chloroform is another one. It's a liquid which can be applied to a cloth and then held to someones face in order to incapacitate them. Often used by criminals in fiction.
