Does your nose continue to grow or enlarge as you get older?
I believe your ears continue to grow into late adulthood which is why our grandparents have some of the longest ears, but what about the nose? I have heard people complain that in earlier pictures, their nose looks smaller. Just a random question!

Looking at all these answers...no one seems to ralize they are asking WHY not IF your nose keeps growing...
cartilage keeps frowing at any age, depending on diet. But it's not so much the bones, it's the skin and fat lying underneath that grows, making your nose look bigger.
