It's called a psycho-somatic illness. I am guessing that you are so repulsed by this person that you become physically ill in their presence. It is your body's way of telling you that you are experiencing stress and that you should do something to alleviate it. Prolonged stress is very damaging to the immune system, so it is best to minimize the stress in your life. Try changing your attitude about this person. Define clearly for yourself what you hate so much about them. See if you can't, then, change how you feel. It will be much better for you. Don't worry about if it benefits them.
