Vending Machine Product: Blue Root?

I was in a pub in Middlesex last night and noticed a product called "Blue Root" in the gent's toilet vending machine. Didn't look like condoms, breath freshener, disposable toothbrushes and all the other stuff you usually get in those machines. Nobody knew what this stuff was, but maybe we had just been living sheltered lives... And I wasn't paying two quid to find out! So what is it?

I have seen this in vending machines in toilets as well - it's basically herbal viagra, and yes, apparently it is legal!

I haven't tried it, but it looks pretty dodgy to me!
