What is the difference between a chiropractor and an upper cervical chiropractor!

Question:

What is the difference between a chiropractor and an upper cervical chiropractor?

Answers:

Nothing.
Its like asking what the difference is between a womens doctor and a normal doctor. They both have the same training, but one has chosen to channell all of their patients to one type.

The Cervicle Chiropractor has the same training as the normal Chiropractor, but has chosen to limit their business to looking at the cervicle region. I have no idea why they would do this. Maybe it's so that people think they have more training in the neck or something.
I would prefer to go to a normal Chiropractor as they would probably assess your body as a whole rather than just looking at your head and neck.
